This is normal. The teeth are making there way up and the worst is about too be over. It takes time for the teeth to break the surface. It doesnt just happen. Its a slow process. My daughters front two teeth look the same way. Your baby is probably feeling alot of pressure because they are almost through. You can let them chew on a frozen waffle or bagel and you can also gently massage the gums with a baby toothbrush or your finger to ease the pressure and help them through. Shouldnt be long now

Completely normal! My daughter's 2 front bottom ones showed through the front of her gums at 3 months! The first one didn't cut through the gums until she was 8 months old. She is now 9 months and the other one just cut through the other day. Teething sucks! Keep lots of teethers and cold cloths, and Infant Tylenol and Motrin handy. Poor little things! They say that if we had to teeth as adults we wouldn't be able to handle the pain. Good luck!

I thought we would only see the top of the teeth, too. But seeing the side of the teeth through the gums is perfectly normal.

Yes, the skin just gets almost transparent with the stress.
Also check out your own front teeth, there is gum lower behind the front teeth than in the front.
I had the same thing happen and it freaked me out too! But his top teeth are just fine!

Very normal. You can see them because the skin is thin and the teeth are about to break thru.

Yes, this is normal. I saw that in both of my children before their teeth actually broke through.
