The scene outside his restaurant with his son was pretty good. I thought he was going to just take it from his son again but instead he really gave it to him. To paraphrase; cowards complain about how hard life hits em but it's not about how hard you get hit, it's about how hard you can get hit and keep moving forward. Very inspirational stuff, it's that kind of thing that made the first rocky so good.

I'm looking forward to seeing it.
I like that it harkens back to the original.
For those person who commented that Rocky movies glorify a barbaric sport, you've missed the whole point.
The movies aren't about boxing. Well, at least the first and second ones weren't really about boxing. The first Rocky one an Academy Award for best picture. The movies are character driven. Rocky was an underdog who was given an opportunity. They all expected him to roll over and he fought - but it wasn't just to win a boxing match, it was to make something of his life.
Rocky 2 starts out and shows that even though he became something of a sensation, it didn't change him as a person. He still had problems and challenges to face.
Anyway - I'm off my soapbox.
Suffice it to say, I can't wait to see Rocky Balboa, even though I skipped the last two at the movies. :)

You saw Rocky Balboa (the movie), therefore it is you who has to tell us if it was worth it or not. I saw the film, and I thought that it was a good pastime!

I just saw it recently too. I really liked it. Can't wait to buy it on DVD. Definitely worth theatre prices - I can't see anyone being disappointed with it. Favorite part? Hard to say, 'cause the whole thing rocked!

Don't like Stallone - think the Rocky movies are pointless glorification of a sickeningly violent sport...
Not into barbaric (vernacular usage) behaviors.
