Ray Park played Toad. Yes, he did play Darth Maul and he also was the Headless Horseman in "Sleepy Hollow" with Johhy Depp. Christopher Walken played him w/ the head, but the scenes w/ him riding on the horse was Ray Park

Ray Park, and yes, he played both roles.
He was initially the martial arts person brought in to train the actors, and they cast him as Maul... but they did the same thing as they did with Vader in the first trilogy, they dubbed in a different voice for his lines.
