Hi, i've managed to download things ok but on Itunes when my iPod is pluged in to my computer how do i delete a movie that i don't want any more. I've gone into Itunes and onto my movies on my iPod but i cannot find a button or something where i can delete the movie off my iPod. Please help me...

If you highlight a file (Video Podcast or Music) and then right click, you have the option to delete. This will have the effect of deleting from the iPod next time you Sync.

uncheck the tick box next to the title, then go onto file (at the top left hand corner of the window) and 'sync' it (further towards the bottom of the list thing)
