Glucosamine and Condotrin, together, they take about 4 weeks to notice a difference but really work well and don't stop taking them they protect your tendons and joints Good health to you. You should also find out why your joints knees and elbows are aching, alway check with a Doctor. Good luck

Yes indeed Glucosamine & Chondroitin does work wonders for joint pain. You can find Glucosamine & Chondroitin at most pharmacies or health food stores, there are pill versions, liquid versions and even creme versions that you can apply directly to your problem joint. Definitely give it a try...I recommend the "Webber Naturals high absorbption" .

Chrissy, are you an asthmatic?? Reason I ask is that I have recently discovered that one of the drugs that is prescribed is ......ADVAIR......and some of the side effects is what you are complaining about..

I take Glucosamine Condriton (SP) It really helps me and it's natural.
