I wear only seamless underwires. Should I look for a padded bra or just one with molded cups?

Maybe a little padding would help. I am a 44D and I wear Playtex lace cup underwires with the gel straps, but I don't have really bad nipples. They cost about $20.00 on sale but they're worth it for the comfort. Good luck.

Check out victoria's secret. The bras are not that unreasonable. They also have styles that are seamless and have a thicker lining in the cup.

I have the same problem!
I got really nice bras at JC Pennys and Belks that was around $40. And when my nipples get hard, you cant noticed, cause its got material and its like foam padded, go it holds them up and no nippin.
When i when to Victoria secrets they didnt have that size but never know, you can check!
