Plato thought that we knew everything, we just have to remember it. I believe knowledge is accessible through our subconscious.

Present-yes, accessible only at-times. Freud would have you believe that nothing inside the subconscious is accessible. It is there for the absorbtion of your super-ego. I think that the subconscious is instinct-on-demand. All-knowing but not pressed into action until it receives a threat. Happy Holidays!

A good question.actully my answer is yes.u dont have anything in u r subconsious mind.but u can have it.according to hindu mythology , worshiping god continuosly with firm faith & dedication can make attain nirwana.at this stage ,u have powerful knowledge about almost everything in the world.many yogis have discovered many medicines & such medical practices in this way.but a normal man will not have this .all knowledge will be there in himself, but he can never access it.it is through worship, yoga, holistic living tht u can slowly access the infinite knowledge hidden i urself.

no through sbconscious all the knowledge is not accessable-in suconscious only past events are stored&as and when required on a situation arose it comes out spontaneously on corelated basics-in this regard it is better to read a literature on theory of learning

Yes, we have within us, access to God,& all there is to know. "God dwells within you as you." you are one with God in unconditional love within your heart.Your purpose is to awake to "that." your duty is to express that to the best of your ability. I find that there are restrictions on accessing this knowledge. God will not give unlimited power to children. One must have a need to know, one must seek and you will find, knock and it will be opened unto you. what you are given should be used for the good of humanity. Give as you have received and more will be given. Seek ye first the kingdom of God, (inside you) and all else will be added. Bill Gates said, with great prosperity comes great responsibility. Jesus said to whom much is given, much is expected.

Yes, it is but i would not call it subconscious but rather call it your inner conscious or the soul perhaps.

i think both. we can gain knowledge and/or use our brains.
for example, a child using creative thinking by building a fort around his bed. he wasnt conditioned to do that, he thought for himself
