1. Mr. White was the one behind all of the transactions of money. He was the lead "bad guy."

2. James Bond killed him to get the money back as not to fund terrorist activities.

3. Vesper steals the money, because she made a deal with Mr. White while James Bond was being tortured. She loved him and wanted to save him, and that was the only way.

4. Vesper is a good "girl" that was put in awful situations.

5. No, Bond has balls of steel :)

Mr. White is part of an "organization" that arranges for Le Chiffre to meet the Ugandan freedom fighters.

We don't know whether Bond kills Mr. White. All Bond does, that we see, is shoot him in the leg after telling him they needed to talk.

Vesper stole the money so she could get her boyfriend freed. She's a good person caught in a bad situation. She made the deal that allowed Mr. White to spare Bond's life when White killed Le Chiffre.

The last question is silly and doesn't deserve an answer.
