Both of the previous answers are indeed right-on. In pretty much all cases, if you can't see one of the US Ranger's faces, they're almost always the stunt doubles. However there are some exceptions to this. I can't think of any other exception to it when it comes to the TV show although I have seen reports that Daniel Southworth (Eric, the Quantum Ranger from "Time Force") was indeed a previous stunt double before his role in "Time Force" so it's always possible that he had done some Quantum Ranger stunts as long as they weren't too dangerous.

One example I can confirm however is when it comes to the 1st movie. Johnny Bosch (Adam, Black Ranger for the movie) definitely did do some stunts for the movie in the costume because his stunt double was unable to do so.

I would say it's stunt doubles in all of the costumes. As if you ever notice, the costumed rangers are always thinner, petite, and about the same height. But the non-costumer rangers are all different shapes & sizes. I would be surprised if the US rangers that you see in the show are actually the costumed rangers in any fighting scene. Especially since these shows take from the original Japanese versions and then dub them over.

Yes and no. It depends on what season you are talking about, and which actors. For some of the Power Rangers shows, all the action is done by the original Japanese actors when in the suits. For some, a lot of the action was re-shot in the US, and some of the US actors are in the suits.
