glasses or contacts?

I wear both. I make sure that I pick out the frames that I like and that look good on me. Then I get disposable contacts. There will be times when you don't feel like putting them in or your eyes may be too tired to wear them so I truly suggest that you have both. You can also get the transitional lenses for your glasses that turn into sunglasses and block the UV from the sun.

it depends on your lifestyle. I recommend glasses for hectic, active lifestyles and if you work on a computer for more than 5 hours daily. You can look smart with a good pair of glasses and others have mentioned, they are easier to handle (no infections, etc).

if your eyes are one of the highlights of your face, i would suggest having contacts. if you can wear them daily, gr8 else you can wear them for special occasions (the change from glasses to contacts gives a whole new look).

So you can decide based on the priority you give to your:
lifestyle
looks
comfort factor (especially with contacts)

i am assuming that you need glasses for more than reading purposes. if you can go to parties without glasses and see things (unlike me) , then u can buy glasses and remove them for special occasions.

Contacts, very comfortable, always have a pair of glasses as well though you never know when you are going to need them.

I have glasses and I absolutley hate them. I would go with contacts because you get tired of glasses and feel like looking like yourself after a while.

Glasses look HOT if you pick the right frame for your face type. Spend your time at a good optic store, with someone who has good taste and honest suggestions.

Contacts not necessary unless your power is well over 3. Not very comfortable for long wears. Can't 'accidently' sleep in them. :-p

I wear glasses. If you get a stylish frame they look really cute and distinguished. With contacts you can play around with your eye color. I have astigmatism so it's very hard for me find a comfortable lens.

Glasses can be sexy.. I'd go with them unless your just against the look, then go contacts.. With glasses you just avoid tons of affection and problems.
