wat is your speed? Time can be calculated if you have the other 2 variables i.e distance and speed.

The time to drive or walk around an estate of 150,000 acres could vary depending on the length and width of the land.

If the land was square - equal 4 sides then it would be a certain distance around all 4 sides

If it was rectangular then it would be a different distance around all 4 sides.

for a rectangular section of land it could be 300 acres by 400 acres in measurement for the sides. This would total:
2 x 300 + 2 x 400 = 1,400 acres in length to walk or drive
A square acre is approximatley 70 yards by 70 yards. Therefore,
1,400 acres would be 1,400 x 70 = 98,000 yards
This equals 55 miles approximately.
A person can average 3 miles an hour walking therefore it should take just over 18 hours to walk. However, this could vary considerably with the type of land to walk over. It could also depend on whether there is water areas also which could not be walked on. (maybe even alligators to contend with)
to drive would depend on how fast you wanted to drive and this could provide a variety of answers depending on the speed of the vvehicle. If you drove at a speed of 55 mph then it would take one hour approximately

It ALSO depends on the shape of the field. If the field is 150,000 acres, and is a PERFECT circle, then the area in square miles is 150,000 / 640
and the circumfrence can be computed as 2*sqrt(area*pi)

This is about 54 miles. If you walk about 4 miles per hour, you can do it in less than a day.

if the field is not circular, then it will take longer.
It's hot in florida, so you might need a break or two - add some time for that.
If the grass is tall, it will also take longer :)

Also, it depends on the shape of the area because the same area can have totally different perimeters.
