Since when is red, white or blue reserved for the US? He is in his country and free to wear any color he wants.

Shouldn't this question be in the "fashion" category? Or, are you trying to draw some ridiculous connection to the colors of the U.S. flag, while unaware that they are also the colors of the Cuban flag?
