I honestly don't believe there is one, specific goal of all human beings. Everyone has a different reason.
The root of it all, though is this:
To live. To exist. To be.
And for some people, they want "to be" in order to accomplish other things. For many it's love, for others it's financial success, for others it's their work. For some, like Taoists, "to be" is an end unto itself.
I think one interesting thing about humans is their need to have a "reason" for everything. A "goal". Existence is one of those things that doesn't necessarily have a definite reason or goal.
It just is.

Taken as a unitary whole, mankind has no ultimate goal, except perhaps survival, as a species. He may not be actively aware of this goal, as it is built into his nature as an instinct.
Regarding more specific ultimate goals, it depends to a large extent on the type or category of the human being. If one does not believe in the existence of God, one's ultimate goal may be just to exist and enjoy to the fullest that existence until it ends for him/her.
However, if the human being believes in God, he then believes in life after death, survival of the soul, final destinations, i.e., heaven or hell, and so forth.
These beliefs logically define his ultimate goals as a human being while in this earthly world / life. And these goals will usually be to do good and please God so that He might allow him to go to heaven and eternal bliss.

We have evolved a mind that can think and learn beyond our need to survive, therefore our ultimate goal seems to be to understand this world.

I don't think there are any goals for us. We are here just like the mountains, rivers, trees, oceans and all that's around us. We are here for sometime and then will disappear like bubble of water leaving no permanent marks behind.
