Freedom in America Ha Ha It comes with a price tag, like everything else in USA & if you can't buy it you tend to live a low profile to avoid any trouble in our society! The cost of freedom in America has soared in the past 15-20 years! Skyrocketed after 9/11/2001.

Our freedoms have declined since the 60's as people want Government to do more for them, instead of people being responsible for themselves.
As for the Patriot Act, people do not realize that we ar at war and have an enemy that seeks our destruction whether you hate them or sympathize with them. They hate us and will kill any American dead given the chance. Like the war footing we were on in WWII, we kind of are on the same now. Therefore our freedom has been restrained but not gone. If we do not wise up and start taking care of ourselves, freedom will be erased from the American society.

about the same, my life is no different then it was six years ago. to the average American the change probably doesn't exist, but to somebody that is involved with worldly and national affairs might notice it. some people today are not aware that we are still at war.

WE ARE LIVING IN TIMES THAT CALL FOR ACTION, BECAUSE FOR EVERY PERSON WHO DOES NOTHING, WHICH FAR OUTWEIGHS THOSE WHO DO, THE STAKES GROW HIGHER. OUR ADMINISTRATION IS DISMANTELING THE CONSTITUTION, FOR EXAMPLE, THE PATRIOT ACT, ALLOWS THEM TO ACCUSE YOU OF BEING A TERRORIST, AND YOU HAVE NO LEGAL RECOURSE. THIS IS NOT THE LAND OF THE FREE, NOTHING IS FREE, WE PAY TAXES TO MAKE THE RICH, RICHER, AND THAT IS ALSO UNCONSTITUTIONAL.
