The cheapest person to employ in any situation is a young female.
Men make more than women as a whole, and young people make less than older people as a whole.
So, when hiring for an entry level position, young females cost the least to employ. In my hiring, I don't think I've ever hired based on looks. I do hire based on personality and cost.
If I were in a situation where a woman of 50 was able to do the same job with a good personality and low level of pay, I would hire that person. In my experience, it has never happened.

The receptionist is the first person a client or customer sees when they come to a place of business. A receptionist has to represent the image that the Firm wants to portray, ergo, bright, young and pretty girls. In addition, receptionist is usually an entry level job. The receptionist has to have good telephone and interpersonal communication skills.

It just depends. I mean, I am 23 and probably like a lot of the guys you turn down. I think you will have to find someone who is really into you and is really mature. I have heard of these relationships really working, but my advice would be find someone who is really mature for being in his 20s and take it slow. Most guys don't want a baby anyways. They like the idea of it and enjoy fatherhood once it arrives, but most guys don't want a "family." It is def possible that it could work for you though. Just be careful bc some will be wanting the sexual part of it, however if you look only 30 and they are mid 20s the whole older woman conquest thing probably isn't as bad as you would think.

A rose or bunch of flowers can make your day pleasant. Like good looking young girls with professional approach makes lots of change in mind while entering in any organisation. A young can be a sign of good start. At reception everyone expects a good start.
A women of 50 may be experienced in her job but she can not deliever the same aggression what a young age can....

I say, whoever thinks a receptionist's physical person is a representation of the company's image, is just deluded. Think about it. You come into a business and you want to be greeted by someone smart, helpful, and dignified whose demeanor reflects the company's caliber and its valuation of its clientele (you) -- sure, it's nice in a way if she is attractive, but generally PYTs are perceived as stupid ... when I see one I think, uh-oh, here goes nothin'. Sure, it's kewt when she flicks her hair, but ... Really.
Maybe they don't want their clients to see that older woman and think she's someone important who they are supposed to know by name. Hehe

I am a recruiter and an expert in this subject. That is what most firms want you can't fight it. You have to get a job in another area our qualified for, what your experience is in.

Outside goodlooking is important but your personal background and yur skills more, and, who say a mature woman can not look so fine?
If I had to contract I do not mind, but it is true outside goodlooking is important, at least to be elegant.

Because you can pay them $8.50 an hour. Older women generally want more income. Plus, they are more bubbly and giggle at stupid jokes...
