With proven loyalty and dedication, how would I go about becoming a Personal Assistant (professional). Is there an agency for Assistants? What skills are most important?

I think only if You wish to become and the person in charge is good, the personal assistant become also very good.
How much do You want to earn every month and what kind of home do You like?

A personal Assistant is just a new way of say Secretary....that's what i thought.
How do you you become one?...... sorry i don't know.
