im in a very stressed mood today...
i just feel like running away from everything.... far far away

is it possible to do that ?

Precisely speaking, yes, it's possible.
But it's far too difficult than u might imagine. Basic needs like Food and shelter will be ur immediate concerns. Afterwards will come higher human needs like social connection and so on.
I would suggest u just turn around and face ur difficult situation instead of running away from it. U will, surprisingly, find it much more easy to deal with it once u accept it as a challenge, and promise urself not to give up or give in.
Try it. it's much more simpler than just leaving everything and going. Trust me.

Don't burn your bridges behind you! TODAY you feel really stressed and want to run away. After you're away from your problems a little while and have a chance to relax and unwind, you will see them from a different perspective and they may not look so bad, and you may really miss the other things you left behind

yes it is possible to run away from your problems, but remember no matter how far you go the problem always would always be there, so listen, the best solutions to your problems is and how you deal with them, so take care of the problems first then take a vacation ok,

I think so, go ahead and do it it'll make you feel better. I've done it, just got up one day and went for a long walk and after about 6 hours of walking and thinking and the cool air hitting my face, I felt so much better. Do it, it will make you feel better.

if u mean runnin away from home...ofcourse its possible, but wherever u go...u will face problems there too.
