could it be the proportioning valve, rht front and both rears work fine.

check or replace the rubber brake lines going to the caliper it may have collapsed inside.

flush the brake lines all the way and check for a crimped or corroded line on the one that's giving you trouble. was there rust in the previous caliper piston ?

Could be your maaster cylinder plunger rod adjustment.Or the caliper again.

replace the left front brake hose

try anti seize on the caliper pins/bolts
