I just bought a pink fur doggie sweater for a 2-3 lb. tea cup size dog and it was size XXS. You don't say what size the dog is but that may help you to know there are sizes that small.

At stores like Petsmart or Petco they have SOME small sizes for dogs but your best bet is to check out cat outfits and cat collars. ALSO....my family uses beanie baby clothes for a teacup chihuahua and they fit pretty good. If the dog is a little bigger you can use Build-a-Bear clothes.
If all else fails try ebay!

You could either make your own if it too small or try to buy some really smalles clothes and see if they work.

If dogs really needed clothing, they would make it for them, no matter what the size. But dogs DO NOT and SHOULD NOT wear/need clothes. Stop dressing your darn dog, thats what you should do!
