They posted a family picture of the three of us. They are seeking out My Space members in our town and sending the link to them to see. Is there anything I can do to stop this and does My Space have to provide me with the information about the person who created the site and posted on it?

Ooooh, cyber harrassment! Contact MySpace Customer Service they should be able to close the site, especially if the only reason for it to be open in the first place is harrassment.
Is the stuff true? Even if it's ugly if it is true then you probably can't do much else. But if the stuff is untrue then, take screen shots of all of it and sue her for libel and harrassment. But before you go there you might want to see if your ex has anything to say about it. Are they his daughters too? He might not like it much if she is on a smear campaign of his children.
