why Aceh area so unfortunate to suffer natural disasters in 2004, 2006?

But the truth is that Banda Aceh lies on the so called LINE OF FIRE, a imaginary line along which the earth's crust is weak and massive tectonic plate movements occur.
Due to this a massive earthquake , volcanic eruption, giant tsunamis can occur any time on any region located on this line.
UNFORTUNATELY we cant do anything TO PREVENT THESE DISASTERS. we can only minimize damage to life and property.
