Anyhow, I believe a woman who has both blonde hair and blue eyes are the most (( Beautiful )) in the whole world.

blond women are very smart, i think they have high senses of perception, but this's something not anybody can see. In fact, my question was abuot (( beauty )) which blond women have the uper gade in it. In the end it's what God have given.

Probably because she has blonde hair. I am natural blonde and blue eyes, I really hate the stereotype of blondes being stupid, I have seen the reply to your questions and a few of them are there too. Many people who are acting like the "dumb blonde" have actually colored their hair that way and aren't even blonde at all.

They can mean either that she is dumb (derived from the saying 'Dumb Blonde') or that she is just that...a blonde. It has nothing to do with eye color.
Hair and eye color doesn't make someone automatically attractive. I have seen some horse-faced women that have blonde hair and blue eyes. In Latin, Asian, and Arab cultures the men tend to be enamored with blonde haired blue eyed women, but that's social brainwashing. Ultimately it's ones features that make him or her attractive.

In the American culture, it is a stereotype that women with blonde hair are dumb, although this is not true. So when someone says they are acting blonde or are blonde, it is implied that the person is acting stupid.

Just because someone is blonde doesn't make them dumb, anymore than someone who is not blonde make them ugly when compared with Blondes. For someone who said that Hitler followers are alive and kicking, welcome to the twenty first century. try to stay in this century.
