A lot depends upon your bone structure, muscle mass, and other factors. For the average build 128 is a little overweight for 5'1" but not by much - perhaps 5 to 10 lbs. at most. If you are planning on losing some weight consult your doctor. He can help you determine your body mass index to determine how much, if any, weight loss is appropriate.

Completely depends upon body composition. Frex, I met a woman once who was 185 lbs and about 5 5". She was a knockout because she had very little flab. She was all bone, muscle and also had nice breast (OK, a bit of help there).
I can see that height and weight being anything from nothing but flab to a super model. Weight is b.s. It's all in body composition.

that is sounding to me to be not fat. you might be chubby meaning less then fat or for all i know your some wieght trainer that has muscles that are huge.
if you dont have the big muscles then i would say if your frame is large big bones then your only about 8 pounds over the limit
medium frame 9 or 10 and small frame then you should be say 110 or a little less.
your sure not fat that much i am sure of

No, 128lbs. is just the right weight for someone that is 5'1 and a half. To be sure, you should check out my source. It shows the average and above average weight for someone depending on their height on a chart. (The chart goes by inches for height and 5'1 and a half=61 1/2"; just to make things easier...)

No it is just fine. If you want to be thin, as some aspire to be, then you could lose about 10 lbs. but in my opinion that is not necessary for a woman of that height. Thin woman because of loss of weight look sickly for a while until they get their colour back on their cheeks.

From a medical standpoint, it is just within the healthy weight range. But it also makes a difference if this woman is athletic or sedentary, her frame size and also where she stores her fat. HTH : )

I don't think it's fat, just a little meaty. She might just have a lot of muscles, but she should work on eating healthier and trying Pilates. It helps you get nice muscles and tones you down. Very helpful for anyone.

That all depends on your build. Or your body fat percentage. you could weigh 95 pounds and still have a lot of body fat. Or you could weigh 145 and be all muscle. Try calculating your body fat and go from there.

i think thats a little heavy for someone that is 5'1. i guess it depends on how her weight is proportioned. i am 5'5 and i weigh that much but if i was shorter i think that would make me look a little heavier.
