I just got a new ipod for Christmas (30G Video) and I want to listen to it in my car via FM transmitter. Are they easy to install? I don't even have an antenna in my car but still, there has to be the wire in there somewhere right?
Also, if I have a DVD how can I put it on my iPod?
Oh yeah, and which case should I buy?

for convenience, the FM transmitters are ok but they do give off a lot of static depending on the weather, the signal strength, various other factors that can affect a radio signal. they're easy to install. i'd recommend a direct line device.

there are applications that will convert a dvd movie to ipod format. just do a google search.

for cases, it depends on your preferences. some people prefer a sporty case with a band because they work out with their ipods. some prefer sturdier cases.
