Gummi recently moved into the neighbrohood, and I'm SO sick of hearing the Strokes blaring at like 3 am. Anyone have any ideas, other than blow his car up, etc etc? I've already thought of those plans..

I've always found a good dose of classical music to make them miserable enough they usually go away. I had a neighbor in one apartment house, they'd play the 'thump thump thump' song a million times. Don't know what it was, whose music it was, but it was just thump thump thump to us, and all day, all night. Finally I got sick of it. I put my computer speakers up against the wall and kicked up the volume on the Handel. It was TOTALLY SILENT in there for almost a week. I think they were scared!

Put a spot light up and shine it on his house or windows.
Route the dryer vent towards his house..
Lead a gutter downspot over into his yard..
FLatten all four of his car tires..
