No, there are no Bots in multiplayer mode. Only other live people.

I wish I could answer this. I just got my Xbox 360 yesterday, along with CoD3. I love it and am learning to play it.

I haven't dared experimenting with multiplayer mode, Xbox Live, or anything else. Just regular game play.
