I remember when I was very small, probably in the late 1970's early 1980's, watching an animated movie about a small unicorn. I don't remember the plot, but I remember a very large rocking horse that would answer the unicorn's questions if the unicorn would clean it, and I remember the unicorn being in a cave and this wierd purple creature tried to eat his horn. Oh yea, there was an evil wizard that could shoot lightning I think. Does anyone have any clue what I am talking about?

I know this isn't the Last Unicorn. I own The Last Unicorn, and this movie had much more of an anime feel.

that would be unico i had that same problem i remembered that cartoon but could not remember what it was people thought i made it up but i searched and searched online and finally found out it was called unico

It sounds like it may be "The Last Unicorn". Christopher Lee does the voice of the evil wizard.
