What I like to do with my iPod is make playlists for various activities - like working out, cleaning, driving, etc., as long as emotions too - happy, sad, etc. For example, when I work out I like to listen to more upbeat and "kick your ***" music. Another playlist I have is for "chill" music which can be good for long driving trips or when I'm just in a calm mood.

I have tons of artists and songs that I love but you didn't give any idea of what you already list to to give you new suggestions. Give us more details and I'll be glad to help with that, too! :-)

this doesn't answer your question, but i tried to email you, and the message comes back that your email is not confirmed. You answered a question about losing weight. You said to drink green tea religiously. How much are you speaking of per day, and doesn't the green tea in vitamins work just as well?
