I do not have a lot to search. I have a book site and i want people to be able to tell if i have the book that they search for. It doesnt even have to be a search engine, is there a code i can use to match some or all words with words that i provide (do you understand). And i dont want to emphasize on detail, basically the results should include the name of a book (s) that the search found and what section/page they will find it in.
I need one that will be customizable to my page
any ideas?

Lucene is an Apache open source search engine project, which you can easily use to index your important data for search, it is very fast and robust, and has versions in many languages like Java, C++, PHP , etc...

Add Google Search to your site... I am sure that you can do the same via Yahoo! or Microsoft Live Search...
