it will start downloading, than a screen will pop up saying "unknown publisher". i don't want to get a virus by clicking continue to install..... anyone else seen this?

turn off spy sweeper, mcaffee software or any other virus sweeper. it is telling you that your computer does not know who is giving you this material, and of course it doesnt! its not a super genius! contact itunes support if your problem continues. it could be that you are having problems if it isnt an apple computer, or it could be because your computer software is not up to date. good luck!

u are downloading it from itunes right? i had the same thing, if ur downloading it from itunes and not anywhere else then it safe. besides, if u have antivirus u should b fine. its a good thing to have even if ur not using itunes.

is it itunes 7.0? try getting it off the apple website instead.
