My boss is flirting with at least 3 girls everyday! He also smokes everyday and does not do his job and smokes outside instead! He is friends with everyone. If I try to report him, I will get in trouble cause one time I tried to report a man that was hurrassing me and the HR did nothing! They just said that he likes me, but he is a lot older and uglier than me!

What your boss does with his time is his business not yours. You should just get on with your work and keep your nose out

it happens all the time. i lucked out because my boss is young and cute.
get on monster.com, hotjobs.com, careerbuilder.com....etc.
its time to plan an escape route. if you don't trust your HR people, thats not a place you want to work anyway. but play it cool until you secure a position some place else. i know it may be difficult with such a sleazebag, but avoid him when you can and when you can't just remember that you don't have to flirt with him because you are on your way out.

if he is flirting with you, and you feel uncomfortable, you should report him,,,,,, other then that, what he is doing or not doing,, is not your business,,,,, just do your job,,,,
