Hi, getting a tourist visa is not easy for an Arab male, imagine getting one for an extended residence. His best bet is to apply on line to vacancies posted by companies. Now, these companies will have to be extremely desperate to hire him since there are millions of locals who speak the language, understand the culture etc so his odds are not good, but there is no other way.
If he is able to secure a job, getting the visa should not be a big deal. Hiring company will send an official letter to the embassy in Cairo and they should process it.
Hope the above helps

I mean look at the Continent of Africa. It is huge. Made of primarily Black people. Yes, Black people could have helped with the pyramids. I mean they are there. They could have later moved. That is not uncommon in history, tons of races have moved locations due to different reasons. It has happened before . I have seen ancient pyramids, where they have depictions where the person looks very ******* in facial feature, and hair. But one things is very common in history/ or is well known, because as you know history ALWAYS repeats itself. One, African history has been virtually wiped out. Doesn't mean nothing happened there. Due to evidence, they are coming across information where there was lots of schools, arts, trade (of course), that was there. But if was wiped out to other races wanting to conquer. one of the most common things people did back then to a nation, or place is that when they wanted to conquer an area they wiped out the history. Two, my statement, the successes of Blacks, be it Black Americans, Black Africans, West Indians, Black South Americans, will never be acknowledged. They will always be looked down upon, stereotyped, overlooked, and degraded. Has been that way in history, and still that way currently.
