Oh boy...okay, new ipod and I forgot to press the eject button on the computar, and I pulled the cord out. Now my iPod froze. Does anyone know what to do?

Try pushing in the center circle while flipping the switch on top of the Nano back and forth. That's how you can restart an iPod. You should never pull the cord out without pushing eject or waiting. I've gone through several iPods this way.

Hold down the middle and menu buttons (this is the comand for a hard reset on the nano) until the ipod resets. That fixes most issues like the one you're having.
