i live in india
here everything is 50/50
u may get only honest all ur life or u may get only dishonest people all yr life.
well the majority of india is a little bellow poverty line.
crimes r very less in some places n very much in namy places.
the same with prices but they r reasonably low compared to other countries.
all cities have very good medical facilities but many villages don't have even a single hospital.
so as i said india is 50/50.

In the United States, Utah is probably the most honest place to live since a large percentage of people living there are members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Probably the most honest, church-going people on the planet.

I know the small country of Dominica in the caribbean (not the Dominican Republic) has a very small crime rate of only .02%. Whenever someone does something wrong there, they realize what they've done was bad...

There can't be a country or a place like that.
If people r honest, they can't earn more.
If they r not earning more, then there will be more crimes.
If there r more crimes, prices of product can't be less.
If prices of product r not less, then there can't be better medical or other facilities.
So, wake up sleepy-head.
