"Kid tueng" literally means "think reach" or colloquially in English "my thoughts are with you."
"mak mak" means "lots lots"; Thais don't have much in the way or superlatives, so to express a significant quantity, we just repeat words for emphasis.
"na ka" is a finishing phrase that roughly means "ok?" where "ka' is a polite finisher used by females.
