it depends on what age minor you are speaking of,,,,,,, 12 or under,,,, yes, i would feel to take action,,,, not necessarily calling the police, but trying to contact their parents, or talk with them,,,,,,, but that would be odd, as most very young ones hide their smoking,,,,,,, if you mean those up near the age to be legal to smoke, then no, i wouldnt do anything,,, as i think the legal ages, while perhaps benefiting society in general and individuals, are all a relative thing,,,,,, whether they smoke at 13 or 16,,,, is not in the long run going to make a difference,, if you are going to let any teens smoke, why not let them all,,,,,,, the same with drinking,,,,, i think it should be 18,,,,, as that is considered an adult for most purposes,,,,, if adults drink, let them all,,,,,,,,, either give a group (age) full rights or limit the whole group,,,,
