i could be wealthy and easily wealthy. an excellent form of those people who chosen each thing else are in basic terms hypocrites and dont have the midsection to assert the reality. all people desires to be wealthy.. all people needs money. those days,money is the main serious issues. money buys each thing and money gets you appreciate. look at it this way ok ... reliable, alluring or clever and not wealthy, what cost could you have??? im not sure if theres a supplement for it but when i started drinking 12 ozs of chocolate milk (cant spell it but that nesquick stuff) for about a week my nails grew much longer and were thicker, with out it my nails dont grow for jack and they are very thin

there are a couple things you can take:
bitoin is correct.
but u can also take vitamin b6 and b12 which will work for hair, skin, and nails.
it also helps to get just one glass of milk in per day and jello is also a good thing to eat daily for your nails to grow.

Take a calcium supplements that are complete with magnesium and phosphorous and vitamin D and also a good vitamin zinc

pre natal vitamins are the cheapest way to go...they are great for your hair and nails (plus it is only $5-7 for a bottle that will last you MONTHS)....or you can go to GNC and look for their "hair, skin, and nail" vitamins....that is a bit more expensive though

My sister used to drink Knox unflavored gelatin. It comes in a box of small packets that she would dissolve in tea and drink. She claimed that this helped her nail strength.

I've heard that a cube of jelly daily. Just eat the cube or dilsolve in water and drink.
