I just started working a new retail job and I am on my feet for 9+ hours everyday with minimal sitting breaks. What can I do now before I start my job so that my feet don't feel like they're falling off by the end of the day.

***I have to wear dress shoes,
***I need to work at 1 PM EST

find some dress shoes that are extremly comfortable. ask the other ladies working there what they wear on their feet to make it through the day.

keep trying different dress shoes until you find comfortable ones.
work on your posture. the posture you use will have a large impact of your fatigue, etc.

try to move around as much as possible. standing in one spot lets the blood collect in the lower half of your body, get your heart pumping a little by walking around to circulate your blood
