Sex offenders list.?

With so much being said about sex offenders, do many of you know that:
If your in the woods and have to use the bathroom, and get caught, if convected, due to the fact of nudity outside of a structure, you will be on the list?
The majority of the lists people are teenagers who has sex with their girlfriends? (who DIDN'T try to get laid in highschool)
And, is it really fair that if a person is at a bar, where no one under 18 is even allowed in, and picks up someone, and they turn out to be under 18, goes to jail?
Is it fair that if a overage girl goes to a bar and gets drunk, and has sex, that she can say she didn't remember so it must have been rape?

The list was made over a sweet little girl being murdered, do we honor her now with all that is on it.

Girls (and guys) remember, if you go to a bar, no one makes you drink, so have somene there to watch over you if you are worried that YOU will be out of control. And if you don't, blame YOURSELF for it.

What are some of your all's thoughts?

Just for the heck of it, wouldn't it be funny if a Lawyer brought the judges girlfriend form HS to the courtroom and asked him how HIS underage sex was, during a trial over bf/gf sex.... Might be a fun thing to watch.

Underage SHOULD be on there, and the NATIONAL average is teenagers. If it is higher in your area, I would be kinda scared.

That's just crazy. Personally, I am against alcohol. It is addictive and makes you go crazy. You can still feel the atmosphere of a bar by going there and drinking a soda. Which tastes just as good.

I'm sorry, but where I'm from, the majority of the people that are on it are NOT teenagers. They are old men who did some sort of act that they had no business doing. And I agree, it's kind of wrong that someone who has sex under false pretenses has to be punished, but that's just life. If people weren't so sleazy in the first place picking up drunk men or women, underage sex in that context wouldn't even be an issue

as far as going to a bar getting drunk and having sex, if the guy knows the girl is drunk (which most of the time the guys are not that drunk) then they should have the moral values not to have sex with a girl that cannot make that decision. if they do then they deserve to be on the "list". in my area most of the people on the list are over 40 with the conviction of having sex with a minor most of the time under the age of 12.

I'm not agaisn't alcohol, I'm just for RESPONSIBLE drinking. Something the youth in this country doesn't quite understand. You are responsible to make good choices in life and if you pick up a girl/boy at a bar, no one says you have to have sex with someone you don't know anything about. It's your choice. If she lies and says she's 18, you won't know that that night. Try to go out with her a few times before you have sex with her. See how you feel about it then. BE RESPONSIBLE.

As for the list, it needs to be there to protect our children. I want to know who is living in my neighborhood where my son rides bikes and plays baseball.
