You can enjoy the beach as any other person. Just remember to use sun block and drink plenty of water so you dint dehydrate.

Moderation with sunshine + avoiding potential overheating by avoiding the midday sun is what I'd suggest. Drink plenty of water, use a high sun factor + a sun umbrella if you want to be out in the hottest midday point.
It seems the body temperature can rise when pregnant so you are more at risk of overheating + dehydration than usual. Be guided most with how you are feeling in yourself. Certainly the sea swim/walk would be good exercise + beneficial
Additionally it is worth noting, hyper pigmentation can occur in a lessor or greater degree in women during pregnancy (causing discoloured patches, skin tags) + adding in too much sun to the equation could see increased incidence of that. I'd suggest a healthy glow vs actively seeking a tan
All said, taking good care of yourself + tuning into your own body signals will see you have an enjoyable few days

As far as swimming goes; you are safe there! The water can be very theraputic for pregnant women; as it relieves excess pressure on the spine and pelvic area. But, the sun exposure should be in moderation. Your womb (even under the protection of your skin) should not be exposed to high heat sources. Tanning beds as well as tanning outdoors could cause you to become overheated, and put your baby at risk. Go ahead out in the sun, but wear sunblock (SPF 30 or above), drink lots of water, and if you start feeling too warm, get under an umbrela or blanket to cool down.

Oh yes, that's fine. I was 7 months pregnant in Hampton beach in August. I got a nice tan and even burned! My baby was fine and so was I. You should stay plenty hydrated though. Pregnant woman have died because they don't stay hydrated in the sun. Lots of water! (Sun block is not really good for your skin, they rule is if you wouldn't eat it, don't put it on your body, so don't use sunblock while pregnant, it goes into your pours) Good luck and happy tanning!

Don't tan. Don't lay out in the sun. If your body temp goes over 102 you can cause permanent damage to the fetus.
Be safe and stay cool under a umbrella while on the beach.

I don't see how this would hurt the baby- it is your skin that will be damaged (if anything). I would be pre-cautious and use a low sunscreen to prevent a sunburn. What could be worse than being 7 months pregnant with a sunburn? Just be careful of jellyfish stings- they're poison may be hazardous to the baby once it enters into your bloodstream.

If that's what you want, sure, it's fine. But always be careful of sunburn. Pregnant or not, the burn hurts!
I always kept my belly covered though. I was afraid of the damage the sun might do to the skin that was already under a lot stress from the pregnancy.

as to sun, use the same precautions you would if not pregnant, try to get a little sun before your trip, if possible,,,, then limit your exposure, say a hour on the beach ,,, then a hour in the shade or indoors, then later another hour out,,,, just rotate it so you wont get overexposed, and use sunscreen,,,,, as far as in the ocean,,,,, walking around, i would think is ok,,,,, swimming or going in deep,,, i personally wouldnt,,,,,, just because you dont know what germs/bacteria is in there, and why expose yourself to it,,,,,,err on the side of caution,,,,,

Sure, just stay hydrated and use sunscreen, especially on your belly if it's exposed to the sun. Your skin is stretched so taut there that it's more susceptible to sunburn than the rest of you.
Otherwise, have fun.
