Not sure what you're asking... whether it can be done, or anyone's done it, or suggestions for doing it?
I also don't know the diamter of *oxygen* tubing, but various things come to mind for at least clear vinyl tubing of certain diameters.

If large enough, tubing could be threaded with minilights, then used in all kinds of ways.
If smaller, other things could be put into them (glitter, paint, colored water or glycerin, small beads, cordings, etc., etc.). You'd need to block both ends so nothing would fall out, then use them as jewelry, all kinds of decorations, etc.

Or you could just use the tubing itself, without or without things in it, to create spirals or other shapes to embellish or gild, etc., then hang on a tree as an xmas ornament (maybe outside?), or put glow in the dark paint or something inside and use as decorations in a dark bedroom, etc..

You could probably make a miniature working waterfall, etc., with tubing attached to an aquarium pump (I think) if the diameter will fit.... not sure though.

Should be all kinds of science projects/experiments you could do or motion toys you could make with tubing too.
