how do i delete a corrupted file?

i downloaded this file but now its corrupted and i cant delete or do anything with it

Use Iolo SystemMechanic File Terminator!!!

You install totalcommander and change the properties of the file from read-only to accesible. Is the CHMOD command. After you can delete it without problems.

Try holding down shift and delete at the same time.

kill the program running at the task manager.. (end task) then try to delete it
