Me and her share the same office and we get along great
so we are tight
she is leaving our company and i dont know what to get her as a going away gift?

Now that you are no longer co-workers, you should ask her out on a date.
You can camouflage it as a going-away dinner but get suggestive during the course of the meal.
As one door closes, another door of opportunity OPENS!
Remind her that you couldn't date her before she left the company because you have a strict policy of not dating the people you work with.

I was in the same situation once, so I bought "my" coworker a journal to write her experience at the work place in it, and she loved it! It wasn't real expensive either.
