are there errors? check the top bar of your browser, if you have installed the latest IE then you should see an info bar at the top of the page that says "Internet Explorer has blocked the installation of files from this site, click here to download", or it could be an activex thing too.....otherwise check your firewall log for any blocked executions.

A few things to look at.

- Sometimes AOL blocks downloads. If you're on aol try a different web browser then aol's.

- If you're young. Are your parents blocking downloads?

- Check your firewall. What I would do is turn it off and try to download the file again. If you still get the error then you know its not your firewall.

It could be your web browser or your firewall. Download www.firefox.com and try it then. I would stay clear of limewire, too many viruses and other trash. GO try a torrent, like "bit defender"
