Yeah its normal. Its right at the average for a mature male, which at 16 I assume you are sexually mature. You've got a normal size tool, now you just need to learn how to use it!! Have fun....and enjoy...

ur fine im 16 and also have a 6 incher maybe 6.5 but mine looks small b/c im a big guy but if ur smaller in stature then u'll appear quite large
