This is a complex question. Like the Jews, Brahmins are a minority. But unlike the Jews, who do not belong to the dominant religion of Europe, Christianity, Brahmins are Hindus, the major religion of India. In the Middle Ages, Jews were confined in Europe to activities having to do with money because of the prejudice against them. Brahmins have an association not with money but with learning, which Jews have valued. Just as there are many Jewish intellectuals, so there are many Brahmin intellectuals. The Jews were often confined to ghettoes, and Brahmins in the past lived in areas of their own choosing. In modern times in South India, there has been strong anti-Brahmin feeling because they were felt to have arranged society to their own advantage to the detriment of others, especially the lower castes. From having been the excluders of others, to some extent Brahmins have come to be excluded. In that sense, they are as the Jews were. The distrust of Brahmins is less significant in North India for historical and other reasons. For centuries, Brahmins were the custodians of learning and enjoyed the advantages that go with it. At the same time, there were Brahmins whose status came not from wealth but from voluntary poverty--mendicant Brahmins, who lived on what people gave them.

Brahmans are from Mesopotamia, and are Aryans. Not Indians. They settled in India and Hinduism started by them. Their attitude same as Jews treating other humans are of low profile. The star of David and Brahmin's star is same expect one dot in Middle. In India they rule the country mostly, atrocities committed by them to Dalits, Muslims and Christians. They hate other communities same like Jews. Almost Banks In India are belongs Brahmans like Jews in Europe and Americas. They control the finance of the country. so and so. Brahmans have similarities with Jews and mostly they are of same nature.

The Brahmans in India are the so called upper caste people. A Jew is a person of Hebrew descent or whose religion is Judaism. One is a cast-est and the other an orthodox religious believer/practitioner. One can not liken the two.

Christanity adopted concepts from Judaism and so did Islam. In a way Christanity and Islam are offshoots of Judaism.
Similarly Buddhism, SIkhism etc has its roots in Hinduism. In that sense jews and Hindus (not only brahmins) are similar that they are old religions from whcih other religions adopted.
