My daughter was only 9 when she had her first periods. her height is only 4.5. My husband is 5.10 and I am 5.6. Will she grow now. I am checking her height everyweek but no change. Is there any hormonal insertion or anything which can help her grow. I want my daughter to be atleast of my height. I will really appreciated any help.

Generally people carry on growing into their 20s and this is unaffected by when they start their periods.
I started my period when I was 11 and 5'4". I am now 5'7". My sister was under 5 foot when she left school at 16 (and had her periods for about 3 years by then). She continued growing long after the norm and stopped growing at 32.
Please stop measuring your daughter weekly. You will only make her self-conscious about her height and could damage her self esteem. You cannot control the rate at which she grows but you can teach her that she is loved and accepted for who she is and what she looks like.

She'll be as tall the family genetics will let her get. How tall are your parents and the hubby's parents? She could take after them and be tall.
How old is she now? She'll grow until she reaches the age of 17-20 and if she's younger than that, then she's still growing.
Stop measuring her every week, I doubt she'll grow noticeably in just a week. Wait for three months and measure her then.
Rather than worry about her height or the lack of it, you should start planning for her graduation and wedding, things that you can control. If she remains petite she'll need special gowns and things and that's what you should be worried about. They cost more than stuff off the rack. LOL.
Enjoy her while you have her, all too soon she'll be dating then she'll be married and moving out.
