Having lived in Winnipeg, I can safely say that you can see 30C+ days into October...although those ones are not all the common. As for rain, you're generally more likely to find rain in June and October than September, but it can rain any day it is warm enough if the conditions are right. A pair of jeans and a light shirt and windbreaker jacket should avail you most days you'd be here...and you can even wear your LBD is you really want to, since the evenings in September can still be in the low to mid 20's. If you've ever been to Minneapolis MN or Grand Forks/Fargo ND in the US in the same timeframe... Winnipeg has similar weather. The greatest probability is that the City will see warmish days (ave. High ranges from 23 or so at the start of the month to about 15 at the end of the month), coolish nights (teens at the start of the month to mid-single digits at the end of the month), and most of the month will likely be dry. That being said, Forcast for the week seems to point at rain for the first day or three of the month. As to how accurate it will be... Good Luck!
