Exactly that. You restore them. They end up right from where you deleted them. They are exactly the same file. Same file size, same location on your drive.

When you restore something from the Recycle Bin, that simply means that you are placing those items back to their last location (i.e. My Documents, etc.) as if you never deleted them in the first place.

when you move somthing to you recycle bin it doesnt mean that you have lost it, unless you emty the recycle bin. All you have to do is restore the items and they return to their original place.

If you have not deleted that item in your recycling bin,you can go to your bin, click on that item and return it to your computer. You have to physically delete an item from your bin to get rid of it completely.

Restore, means just that. It will restore it to it's original position.
It is a safety factor. If you do not want to keep it, do not restore it.
If you want to keep it, RESTORE it.
