how do you delete a corrupted file in the memory card in a ps2 console? plssss... i am desperate.?

its affecting my final fantasy game. and i think its gonna affect every file in the memory card.

I dont know if this will help you but I had corrupted data on my memory card for PS2 and it was affecting my Madden 07

So I clicked on it and it gave me the option to delete? so it might be the memory card all my corrupted data has been deletable

if not you may have to reformat the card try to transfer all your saves to a new cardf if you have one then reformat or get a new card

i dont know if this works cause i never had a corrupted file
but this might be a good idea
open the game and delete your saved game
because when your file is corrupted u cant play the saved game anymore good luck in trying that

I have the same problem. I went to my memory card and I tried to delete, but it didnt erase. When you find out the answer, drop me a message.

start up your device without putting a disc, and a memory card plugged... then you particularly will come across a photo of the memory card enter it,,, you will discover photos of all your saves you may delete what ever you like from there,,, get exhilaration from :)
